How the five days flow

The experience runs October 19–23, 2026. Each day has a soft rhythm — a morning voice note, space to reflect, and the community to hold it all.

Day 1

Opening Circle

We gather live on Zoom at 7:00 PM UK time to open the space, meet one another, and set an intention for the five days. October 19th, 2026

Days 2–4

Daily Integration

Each morning brings a voice note from Kate with a reflection prompt. Share in the community as much or as little as feels right.

Day 5

Closing Circle

We gather live on Zoom at 7:00 PM UK time to close the container, honour what moved, and name what comes next. October 23rd, 2026
